COVID 19 – COMPANY and CUSTOMER
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS STATEMENT
In the interests and safety of both Customers and Staff we have put the following precautions in place, on the advice of our health and safety advisory officer and Government Health England.
PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL WORKS
• Our sales teams are happy to give initial quotations by Phone, Email, Facetime, WhatsApp or any other means, to cut down on unnecessary travel and Home Visits.
When it’s time for us to visit… we ask …
• Should anyone in your house be self-isolating or ‘Shielded’, that you please inform us, so that we are able to re-schedule your appointment.
• We always ask and request that all clients keep to the 2 metre Social Distancing rule from our staff and crew.
• On sales visits, template and fitting days, we ask that you ensure all rooms and routes from vehicles to where works are taking place are always vacated from anyone apart from our team members.
When it’s time for us to visit… we will …
• Perform daily health checks on our team members and inquire about the health of people they are living with and ask them to report any changes in circumstances immediately.
• Increase the sanitising of our vans, vehicles and tools.
• Ensure that all our sales/fitting teams are supplied and kitted out with Disposable Gloves / Masks , Antibacterial Wash; all of which are changed for each client and used regularly.
• Make sure that our teams wipe down all work surfaces and glass with Antibacterial Cleaning Spray, both before works commence and before they leave.
COMMERCIAL / SITE WORKS
We always follow the government’s guidelines and all the above precautions are taken along with any other site specifics and requirements requested by the client. Covid–19 is now included as a risk in all our Job specific RAMS. Our commercial team will always ensure the safest way to deliver each project for both our staff and client.
